FIV -Ab Feline Rapid Tests(FIA)

Feline Immunodeficiency Virus Antibody refers to the antibodies produced by the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) in cats. Feline HIV is a virus that affects felines and can lead to a compromised immune system.
Feline HIV is mainly transmitted through bites or direct contact with infected cats' body fluids, especially saliva. Infected cats may go through an incubation period followed by a range of symptoms such as chronic fever, weight loss, vomiting, diarrhoea, gingivitis, and periodontitis. HIV infection in cats can cause a compromised immune system, making cats vulnerable to other infections and progressing to immunodeficiency.
The FIV-Ab test is a method used to detect the presence of feline HIV antibodies in cats
